SHIPPING TO SPAIN:

PENINSULA:

• Shipments over €300 will be made Postage Paid.
• The lower ones will be charged €10 on the invoice plus taxes.

BALEARICS:

• Shipments over €500 will be made Postage Paid.
• The lower ones will be charged €12 on the invoice plus taxes.

CANARY ISLANDS - CEUTA - MELILLA:

• DOLZ, S.A. puts the merchandise in the port agreed by the client in the peninsula.
• For shipments of less than €700 we will charge €20 for processing (DUA, etc.)

SHIPPING TO PORTUGAL:

• For shipments of less than €500 we will charge €12 on the invoice.

TERMS OF SALE

The order will pass to our system, the conditions being those agreed with you.

LAWS

Claims will not be accepted after 15 days from receipt of the merchandise.

Claims for loss of packages or lack of merchandise that are not reflected in the Carrier's Delivery Note will not be accepted.
